In the late 1800s, a central Pennsylvania railroad stop created a popular woodland picnic site on hills owned by iron foundry heir Robert Coleman. He then welcomed in a soldier's training encampment, a Chautauqua community, and a church tent revival. This is just a small part of Mount Gretna's fascinating ongoing story!
